“We have ideas but no clear direction.”
You’re not short on ideas. You’re short on focus. I help you figure out what to build, what to kill, and how to sequence so your team stops spinning.
Maybe you’re the CEO doing product on the side, and it’s not sustainable. You need to grow your business, not be bogged down working with devs and creatives. You need someone to figure out what to build, how to grow it, and how to get it to market, but you’re not ready for a full-time hire yet. That’s where I come in. I plug in, hit the ground running, and get it done.

“We’re building but never finishing.”
Your team is heads down, but everything takes too long. Priorities shift, scope creeps, and nothing feels done. I bring focus. Make the hard calls on what stays, what goes, and what ships now.

I built FTW.in with eight people, no funding, and no playbook. Grew it to 30 million users. I know what it’s like when things don’t click or go wrong, and I know how to figure out why. I’ve also led product at the Fortune 100 level. So I get what you’re dealing with.

The game couldn’t solve its own problem, so I built something that did. That instinct to build what’s missing is how I approach every product.
I’m in your Slack, on your calls, in the hard conversations. And the good ones too. I take on 2–3 clients at a time. My sweet spot is edtech, gaming, health and wellness, and community-driven products, but I’m open if the product matters.
“He just gets it… when things get tight, you know you’re in safe hands.”
— Dominic Al-Samarraie, Executive Creative Director, VML
